Cocoa powder

Cocoa powder is an unsweetened chocolate liquid that has been processed to remove most of the fat and then ground into solid cocoa powder. It is the best choice for making chocolate sauces. It can also be used for other desserts if they do not require baking powder or baking soda.


Ingredients: sugar, cocoa mass, biscuit [wheat flour, sugar, butter (milk) 7%, vegetable fat (palm, shea), reduced fat cocoa powder, loosening agents: E 503, E 500; salt, acidity regulator E 341], vegetable fat (palm, shea), full fat milk in powder, cocoa butter, dairy fat, skim milk in powder, emulsifier soybean lecithin, aroma. Chocolate contains min. 50% cocoa parts. May contain hazelnuts and peanuts.
